Fuckin’ right, James Murphy. New York will only bring you down and freak you out when you let it. Thus: I will be at this show, and I will buy from scalpers, and I will pay way too much. You know why? Because I couldn’t line up at Mercury. Because I couldn’t click fast enough. And you know what? Most of the people who pay what I will end up paying probably won’t even be LCD fans - probably like this bachelorette party, for example - but I will be there, and I will tell everyone how goddamn great it was, probably sometime after I recover from all the various drugs I ingest before I walk in.
